PACKAGING

For Preferred Home Delivery, all items come in their original plastic packaging and will be packed into an organza bag.

For SingPost Registered Mail, all items will be packed as above, into an opaque bubble-lined envelope, with only the delivery address indicated.

DELIVERY

You may opt for Preferred Home Delivery or SingPost Registered Mail.

Preferred Home Delivery is FREE for a minimum purchase of SGD14.90. We will contact you to arrange for a delivery date and time. Otherwise, a delivery fee of SGD3.00 is applicable.

SingPost Registered Mail will be charged at a flat rate of SGD5.00.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Refunds will be made as per your mode of payment.

(Eg: If you made payment using your credit card via Paypal, refund will be made via Paypal to your credit card. You will receive an email notification from Paypal upon completion of refund.)

At Truly Yours, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify us at askus (at) trulyyours (dot) sg within 3 business days of delivery.

All returned items must be new, clean, unworn (except for fitting), with no traces of perfume or any smell, and with all labels attached. All items must be returned in original plastic packaging. No refund will be given, if returned items has been worn or damaged.

For the courtesy of our customers, please try on all products over your intimate garments. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return of products when it is apparent that the above has not been adhered.

OVERSEAS ORDER & SHIPPING
