How do I make an appointment for Home Shopping Service?
Is there a transportation charge for Home Shopping Service?
A transportation fee of SGD5.00 is applicable when you opt for our Home Shopping Service @ your preferred location regardless of whether any purchase is made.
What's the advantage of Home Shopping Service @ Truly Yours location compared to mine?
When you opt for Home Shopping Service @ Truly Yours, we assure that you will be able to view & try the entire showcase of products which we have as published on our website www.trulyyours.sg unless the item has been deem as SOLD OUT or DISCONTINUED.
Packaging
How will my items be packed?
All our items comes in their original plastic packaging.
All lingerie items will be packed into an organza bag.
For postage parcels, all items are packed as mentioned above & then into an opaque envelope with only the address stated.
Payment
What are my payment options?
To make your shopping more convenient, we provide the following payment options:
- Cash On Delivery
- VISA, Master, AMEX, JCB (by Paypal)
- PayPal Funds Transfer

Delivery
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Please allow 1 business day for order processing and the following additional timeframe for shipping:
1. Self-collection @ Yishun • Same Day as Order
2. Truly Yours Home Delivery • 1 - 2 working days
3. Truly Yours Express Delivery • Within 24 hours
6. Singpost Registered Mail • 2 - 3 working days
Please note that delays are foreseen during the festive season so please kindly place your order early to avoid any inconvenience.
Truly Yours has decided to remove Normal Postage via Singpost as a shipping option w.e.f 19th January 2011 as we've encountered several incidents whereby parcel only reaches our customers after 10 days from posting date. Normal postage is also an insecure way of shipping as after parcel has been dropped into the postbox, there is no way whatsoever of locating or tracking where the parcel is. This initiative is an effort from us to better safeguard your purchase & interest, hence we seek your kind understanding.

Exchange & Returns Policy
I bought something from your "As-Is" or Sale Category, can I still get a refund?
We regret to inform you that our Return & Exchange policy is not applicable for SALE and AS-IS purchases.
What are your modes of refund?
Refunds will be made as per your mode of payment.
(Eg: If you made payment using your credit card via Paypal, refund will be made via Paypal to your credit card. You will receive an email notification from Paypal upon completion of refund.)
What is your return / exchange policy?
At Truly Yours, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.
Returns may only be acceptable based on manufacturer's defects. If you have a defect in material or quality, you must notify us at askus (at) trulyyours (dot) sg within 3 days upon receipt of goods inclusive of the day of delivery.
Exchanges are only allow for bustiers & corsets due to sizing issues. You must notify us at askus (at) trulyyours (dot) sg within 3 days upon receipt of goods inclusive of the day of delivery.
Delivery charges are applicable for exchanges or collection of return goods. please kindly refer to our rates below.

3. Home Delivery - Weekends or Weekdays after 6pm • $3.00
4. Home Delivery - Public Holidays or Public Holiday Eves • $3.00
All exchange / return items must be new, clean, unworn (except for fitting), with no traces of perfume or any smell, and with all labels attached. All items must be returned in original plastic packaging. No refund/exchange will be allow if the item has been worn or damaged.
For the courtesy of our customers, please try on all products over your intimate garments. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return of products when it is apparent that the above has not been adhered.
