Do you have a physical store I can try / view the items?

We have moved out of our showroom & no longer have a physical store. We can however arrange a viewing /fitting session @ our home which is open STRICTLY for ladies only & by appointment. Please kindly call or sms us @ 9223-7443 or 9366-6735 to arrange.

How will my items be packed when it's delivered to me?

All our items comes in their original plastic packaging. For postage parcels, all items are packed as mentioned above & then into an opaque envelope with only the address stated.

What are the payment options available?

  • Cash on self-collection
  • VISA, Master, AMEX, JCB via PayPal
  • PayPal Funds transfer
  • Bank Transfer (POSB Savings: 109-93803-3)

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Please allow 1 business day for order processing and the following additional timeframe for shipping:

  1. Self-collection ONLY @ Blk 485 Admiralty Link / Sembawang MRT • Next Day of Order
  2. Home Delivery • Next day, 7 - 10pm.
  3. Singpost Registered Mail • 2 - 3 working day
Please note that delays are foreseen during the festive season so please kindly place your order early to avoid any inconvenience.

 

**Please kindly note that we will not be able to dictate delivery time for parcels sent via Singpost hence, we strongly encourage you to opt for Home Delivery should you require your parcels to be delivered to you after office hours**

What are the delivery options available?

We currently provide you with 3 different shipping modes.

  1. Self-collection @ Blk 485 Admiralty Link / Sembawang MRT • FREE
  2. Home Delivery Service, 7 - 10pm • $15.00
  3. Singpost Registered Mail, 2-3 working days, 9am-6pm • $3.00

We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Army Camps & Shipyards. There will be a surcharge of $6 (weekdays) & $7 (weekends) for deliveries into Sentosa.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we've removed our AM / NOON / PM delivery options & will now only deliver from 7 - 10pm daily. Should you require us to deliver during the day instead, please kindly contact us directly @ 9223-7443 or askus@trulyyours.sg

Truly Yours has decided to remove Normal Postage via Singpost as a shipping option w.e.f 19th January 2011 as we've encountered several incidents whereby parcel only reaches our customers after 10 days from posting date or went missing altogether. Normal postage is also an insecure way of shipping as after parcel has been dropped into the postbox, there is no way whatsoever of locating or tracking where the parcel is. This initiative is an effort from us to better safeguard your purchase & interest, hence we seek your kind understanding.

I bought something from your "As-Is" or Sale Category, can I still get a refund?

We regret to inform you that our Return & Exchange policy is not applicable for SALE and AS-IS purchases.

What are your modes of refund?

Refunds will be made as per your mode of payment. (Eg: If you made payment using your credit card via Paypal, refund will be made via Paypal to your credit card.

You will receive an email notification from Paypal upon completion of refund.)

What is your return / exchange policy?

At Truly Yours, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.

Returns may only be acceptable based on manufacturer's defects. If you have a defect in material or quality, you must notify us at askus (at) trulyyours (dot) sg within 3 days upon receipt of goods inclusive of the day of delivery.

All exchange / return items must be new, clean, unworn (except for fitting), with no traces of perfume or any smell, and with all labels attached. All items must be returned in original plastic packaging. No refund/exchange will be allow if the item has been worn or damaged.

For the courtesy of our customers, please try on all products over your intimate garments. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return of products when it is apparent that the above has not been adhered.
